We live in a society where people of different colors, creeds and cultures come together to form diverse communities. Many in our culture believe that all religions are equal, simply providing different paths to the same spiritual destination.

In such a context, Christians often struggle to share their faith with people of different beliefs and worldviews. On the one hand, they have strong convictions about Jesus and the salvation he offers. On the other hand, they want to be respectful and compassionate to their neighbors of other faiths—who have equally strong convictions of their own.

What does evangelism in a pluralistic society look like? Is it even possible—or appropriate?

In order to answer this question we have developed a unique model in interfaith evangelism using a ‘relational’ approach. It will help Christians understand people of other religions, what they believe, and how they understand Christianity. Following the method pioneered by Paul at Athens (Acts 17: 22-29), the series will explore points of contact between Christianity and World religions and use them to build bridges across which the Gospel can travel.

The God Next Door is project designed and developed by Focus Infinity Christian Outreach Network - a charitable organization,  committed to empower Christians to effectively and respectfully share the uniqueness of their faith in a multicultural society.

To facilitate appropriate methods of evangelism in a pluralistic society by enabling culturally sensitive communication between Christians and followers of other faiths.

To empower Christians to share their faith by engaging in conversations with their neighbors of other faiths.
